Deposit required and cancellation penalty applies.
Reservations among Jan 11th and Dec 19th require a 50% non-refundable charge in the credit card used for booking. 14 days prior the check-in we charge the other 50% (nonrefundable). Reserves among Dec 20th and Jan 6th will be 100% charged (nonrefundable).
